MMB MERCH Store Dates and Details

Our storefront is officially open for a limited window. We are accepting orders from March 18th through March 26th, 2026. Please ensure your order is placed by the 26th, as the store will close promptly at the end of the day.

Merchandise Pick-Up

WE WILL NOT BE OFFERING MAIL DELIVERY. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDERS AT MATHEWSON McCARTHY.  IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ONE OF THE PICKUP DATES, YOU CAN CONTACT US OR PICK UP AT CONCESSIONS AFTER OPENING DAY.

PICKUP DATES/TIMES
Saturday, April 18th – 9AM – Noon

Monday, April 20th – 5:30 PM – 7 PM
Or can be picked up at MMB concessions after opening day, Saturday, April 25th.

This information will be included in your confirmation email.

Return Policy

Every order is made to order and custom-crafted just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

All Sales Are Final

Since each item is produced on demand for the customer, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. This applies to all products in our store.

But We Always Make It Right

That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we want to hear about it. Just reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll work with you to find a solution — whether that’s a replacement, a reprint, or something else entirely.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

To fulfill your order, we only collect:

  • Name & Email

  • Mailing Address

3. What We DON’T Do

  • No Cookies: We do not use tracking cookies or session tracking.

  • No Remarketing: We will not follow you around the internet with ads after you leave our site.

  • No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We only share your information with the essential services needed to complete your order:
